- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ben and his colleagues are the most unprofessional group of individuals I have encountered in my life. Their phone etiquette is terrible. They are either over extending themselves or just plain stupid as they miss-inform us on several occasions and really had no clue what was going on with our case. Ben missed court with no valid explanation. My son was in court facing the judge with no attorney by his side. He and his colleagues would claim to have submitted various request related to the case, but come to find out that if they did, it was way after when they stated things were being done. We were left in the dark during the whole time Ben represented my son with no communication or follow up on the case.
